SHIPPING FEES
We offer free standard shipping for all orders across India.
To opt for express shipping, you can either drop in a request on our WhatsApp at +91 8829932162, or send us an email at support@kauncept.in
Please note, express shipping requests can be accepted or declined subject to product availability.
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
For standard shipping, orders are typically dispatched within 6-7 business days (Monday-Friday) within India. If you opt for our express shipping option, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
In case the piece(s) you’ve ordered aren’t readily available please allow us some time to restock.
If you have ordered multiple items then your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In this case you will be notified of the tracking number when each shipment occurs.
TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your email address that allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.
SERVICE DELAYS
Kauncept is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
At the moment, Kauncept does not accept returns on any orders.
Exchanges are only accepted in the case of a faulty or damaged product received by the customer.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the issue
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- Kauncept reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
