What is your return policy?
At the moment, Kauncept does not accept returns. Exchanges are only applicable if the product received is faulty or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, customers must provide a continuous, unedited video of the complete unboxing process, starting before the package is opened and ending after the product has been fully removed and inspected. This video is mandatory for any claim regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
Exchange requests submitted without this unboxing video may not be accepted. Kauncept reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet these requirements.Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, the unboxing video and clear images of the issue.
